Why am I getting this error message: “It looks like we can’t complete that request”?

If you are trying to send a payment or request and get this error message, it could mean:
- There was an interruption in your connection
- We couldn’t verify the First and Last Initials of the Spruce account holder
- We were unable to locate that Spruce account
- Pay/request is currently unavailable
Tip: Make sure your friend has already joined Spruce and opted in to Pay/request before trying to send them a payment or request.
