Saving with Round Up has been great–but I’m low this month. Can I move my money back to Spending to use it?

Of course! You can transfer money from your Extra Savings to your Spending Account anytime you need it. If the month is going to be a bit tight overall, you can also easily turn off Round Up in your Spruce Account.
