Get Spruce Cash Back Rewards when using your Spruce debit card for everyday purchases at select retailers — often at places you already visit.

Good question! By getting a Cash Back Reward, merchants don’t receive any additional information about you from your Spruce debit card, only that you used your card to pay for your purchase. All of Spruce Cash Back Rewards are aggregated to the merchant for payment, so the merchant doesn’t receive individual information. See Spruce Rewards powered by Dosh Terms for details.

Nope! Earning cash back has never been easier. It happens automatically when you use your Spruce card at participating retailers. There’s no need to remember to select an offer before you spend.

Under Mastercard’s Zero Liability Policy, your liability for unauthorized transactions using your Card is $0 if you notify us promptly upon becoming aware of the loss or theft, and you exercise reasonable care in safeguarding your Card from loss, theft, or unauthorized use. These provisions limiting your liability do not apply to debit transactions not processed by Mastercard. Offer from H&R Block. Requires 1) opening of new Spruce Accounts between 1/1/23 and 6/30/23; and 2) $200 in qualifying direct deposits within 45 days of opening. Qualifying direct deposits are ACH credits, including direct deposits (but not tax refunds).
