This information is obtained when includes setting up an online account, authenticating your identity, applying for, or using your Spruce℠ Spending and Saving accounts, and includes tax return information you provide as part of setting up your Spruce Spending and Savings accounts. If you choose not to provide certain information we request, we may be unable to serve you.
